Terms of Use

Published: 30 September 2026

These terms describe the licence and support arrangements for Astro Sniper. They supplement the terms applicable to your Google Play purchase. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.

Your game licence

You receive a non-exclusive licence to install and play your lawfully acquired copy for personal entertainment on compatible devices, subject to your Google Play entitlement. Ownership of the game and its intellectual property is not transferred. Google Play rights concerning reinstallation and eligible family sharing are unaffected.

Do not redistribute or sell unauthorised copies, bypass purchase protections, or use modified software to submit fabricated leaderboard scores. Restrictions on copying, modification or reverse engineering do not apply where applicable law permits those activities. Third-party components remain governed by their respective licences, as identified in the game's credits and licence records.

Purchases and Google's role

Astro Sniper 1.0 is a one-time purchase, without advertising, subscriptions or in-app purchases. The price, currency, taxes, availability and compatible devices are shown by Google Play before purchase. Buying this game does not include any separately sold future game.

Google Play handles store checkout, payment processing and distribution. The Google entity and contractual arrangements applicable to your transaction are identified in your regional Google Play terms and purchase documentation. These terms do not change Google's obligations or create commitments on Google's behalf.

For payment, receipt, store-account or download problems, use Google Play support. For problems with the game itself, contact us. Google's store review is not a guarantee that the game is free from defects and does not replace our responsibilities as its developer.

Refunds, withdrawal and faulty content

You can request a purchase refund through Google Play's refund process. Separate information is available for consumers in the EEA and the UK. You may also contact us for assistance or to exercise rights you have against us. Using Google's process first is not a condition for making a valid claim against us.

Statutory rights may include bringing digital content into conformity, a price reduction or ending the contract and obtaining a refund, depending on the circumstances. They are not replaced by a discretionary store refund policy. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it can be lost for immediately supplied digital content only when the applicable legal requirements, including the required consent and acknowledgement, are met. This page does not itself obtain that consent.

Support and complaints

Email is our preferred support channel; you may also contact us by telephone or post using the details above. Describe the issue and, if possible, include your device model, Android version, game version and the steps that caused it. A Google Play order reference may help with purchase enquiries. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.

We will respond to support enquiries within three business days. Where a shorter statutory deadline applies, we will meet it. Resolving a technical issue may take longer; this does not extend any mandatory remedy deadline or remove your legal rights. We will explain available next steps.

Compatibility and updates

The Android edition requires Android 7.0 or later and is played in landscape. Check Google Play's compatibility and storage information for your device before purchasing. Core single-player gameplay works offline; online rankings require an internet connection and Google Play Games availability.

Performance depends on the device, its software, temperature, power settings and background activity. Adaptive graphics adjusts visual workload; the detail and performance settings provide additional control. No fixed frame rate on every device is promised. These practical limitations do not excuse a failure to meet the game's advertised or legally required characteristics.

We will provide updates required to maintain conformity and security for the period required by applicable law and any express commitments made at purchase. Please install relevant updates and follow accompanying instructions. Purchasing the game does not promise new content or compatibility with every future device or operating-system release.

Local progress and online rankings

Mission restore points are created by manually saving. Completing a sector records eligible high scores but does not automatically create a mission restore point. Failed attempts do not add their unbanked points to a restored run.

Saved missions and settings are stored locally. We do not provide a cloud-save or cross-device progress service. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, resetting or losing your device may remove local progress. Any operating-system backup depends on your device and account settings. We cannot reconstruct a save that is no longer available to us or your device; statutory remedies remain unaffected.

Online leaderboards use Google Play Games and are subject to Google's account, privacy and service rules. Submission and display may depend on connectivity and service availability. Scores, rankings and profile visibility are separate from local mission saves. A leaderboard position has no cash value and does not create an entitlement to a prize.

Responsibility

We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law for our game, our own conduct and obligations we have undertaken. We do not operate Google's accounts, payment infrastructure, store or leaderboard hosting. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a loss caused solely by an independent service outage, an unauthorised modification or misuse, where neither our breach nor our conduct contributed to it. This does not remove any responsibility imposed on us by law for services or components used to supply the game.

The game is supplied for personal entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for business losses arising from its use for commercial purposes. No exclusion in these terms applies to fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury for which we are responsible, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer remedies and protections also remain available to individuals who receive equivalent protection under applicable law.

Privacy, changes and applicable law

Our Privacy Policy explains local data, Google Play Games, website hosting and support correspondence.

We may revise these terms to reflect legal requirements or changes to the game or its services. We will explain material changes and provide any notice or consent process required by law. Publishing a revision alone does not retroactively change an existing purchase or take away acquired rights.

Polish law applies to these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable law; these terms do not require consumers to bring claims exclusively in Poland.
